Once a player enters the transfer portal, is he able to withdraw his name and return to OU?

I am in the portal right now, gonna wait until I see who they hire and then make my decision. Pretty nice in here tho may just stay in here.
Serious question though. How many times can a player enter the Portal? Once or twice and how long does a player have to wait if its more than once?
one freebie then you have to sit a year unless you have already graduated from that school.
It's all freebie now unless yer an actual student of the university. A student who actually attends classes of higher learning.
