If they can't see the field, then possibly. I get it. For some it's about NIL, but for most I think it's about playing. 4* guys don't want to ride the bench. If you get buried on the depth chart at Oklahoma, why not go start at SMU?

The portal exists. We're not the only team working within its parameters. We will gain more than we lose. The top teams will still be those who recruit the best. The portal has been good to Oklahoma.
