In two threads this morning I saw comments about transfers. I don't want this to turn into a Public vs Private thread. Just wondering what are the rules (if any), boundarys (if any), etc? I've heard that some burbs with multiple HS can allow students to "select" their HS, I've heard "radii. If anyone who know can shed some light on what is allowed that'd be great.
