Lol Rasmussen? They are a conservative polling service and publication. So you are literally admitting you are providing political propaganda as evidence?

This is also another tactic people utilize. They will source cites that give very little of the article because the rest sits behind a paysite. So you can't actually see what they are purporting to exist. It's because it doesn't, but they want you to take their words on it. Typical control tactics.

Trump called neo-Nazis and white nationalists in Charlottesville “fine people”

This is debunked by showing the full transcript or the full video in which he clearly, and without prompting, says the exact opposite, that the neo-Nazis and white nationalists should be condemned totally. See for yourself.

So what was the alleged lie? I am pretty sure what you just posted states clearly that Trump did say "very fine people on both sides"

Remember seeing those neo-Nazis and white supremacists, coming out of fields spewing the same antisemitic bile heard across Europe in the ’30s. Remember the violent clash that ensued between those spreading hate and those with the courage to stand against it. And remember what the president said when asked? He said there were, quote, very fine people on both sides. That was a wake-up call for us as a country and for me a call to action.

Dude. You’ve posted articles from Vox, the Washington Post and I think also Slate in this very thread. You, like all libs, accuse others of the things that you do yourself.

I think I used them twice, among many others, and not to verify a claim, but for an article written by outside sources, then later published on their sites.

Vox doesn’t print anything that doesn’t fit their liberal agenda. If you want to discount a source like Rasmussen, yet cite a far left rag like Vox you lose any credibility you thought you had.

Ok, if you say so...

Several scholars have rightly pointed out that these data all begin with an interaction, and suggested that racist policing manifests itself in more interactions between blacks and the police. The impact of this hypothesis in our shootings data seems minimal. The results on police shootings are statistically the same across all call types—ranging from officer-initiated contact with a suspicious person (where racism in whom to police is likely paramount) to a 911 call of a homicide in progress (where interaction with the potential suspect is more likely independent of race).

Are the data nationally representative? We don’t know. But at least two other studies, both published in 2016—by Phillip Atiba Goff et al. and Ted R. Miller et al.—have since found the same using different data.

It’s not the messenger that makes your message a lie, but the message itself.

Repeating it, no matter the source, just makes you by definition a liar.

Thelogic says so because the truth says so

The principle issue is that Fryer controls for the rate of interactions with the police, but that rate is effectively determined entirely by police officers (who have wide discretion in who to stop/pull over) and departmental policy (i.e. how many patrols get assigned to which neighborhoods). This means that we've already prevented ourselves from considering one major avenue where we have very solid evidence that racial bias is introduced, and, in particular, it means that the group "white people stopped by the police" is not identical to the group "black people stopped by the police:" black folks are substantially less likely to be engaged in criminal activity when they interact with the police. This article covers some of the methodological issues pretty well; if you're pressed for time you can scroll down to the infographic, which helps visualize some of the difficulty in this kind of analysis.

Stop lying to people and you and your message won't be a lie. When you have to distort the truth and resort to constantly changing sources because yours get identified as inaccurate or frauds, you only highlight the distortion of data and truth.

I couldn't agree further with that last statement. You have been highlighting these methods for us for a long time now

Not enough to cite a source, you have to understand it.

Taking things out of context, refusing to give full context, is lying.
Just gaslighting someone doesn't always work. You're going to need way more than that!

I agree - so it would probably be better for everyone if you stop your practices of this and start being honest. You may even teach yourself something!

These rumors are how people get manipulated by social media. 2k protesters being bussed in to Louisville from New York. Sounds very realistic. At most you’ll have a hundred people shut down one highway.

Well, that is 100 people that should be arrested-------but they won't be. If you have the time and money to drive from New York to get in on the fun (and loot) surely you have the time and money to spend a month or two in jail.

The truth doesn’t need to lie, this is about class or it’s about quality of character.

BLM are low quality people irrespective of race.

Lead belly ignores actual facts and statistics showing that black people indeed aren’t killed by police at a higher % than white people. His reason? The people coming up with the stats are racist. This is the inane circular logic of race hustlers like lead belly.
