I'll feel great if Mr. Wendell also decides that is the day, although getting both bits of news on the same day makes me optimistic.

He did put the purple devil emoji in his tweet which is the closest resemblance to a blue devil..
I saw that rivals is reporting that it looks as though Carter will commit during this early signing period as well. Would feel pretty damn good to have those two locked up early.

He's going to be a late period signee so he won't be in the news much until the early kids go off the board. Should be a Duke vs UK battle again.

Just a fun side note: when Trent commits to us tonight, our "class calculator" value on 247 will be almost identical to UNCs. They are essentially done with this class and we have several more coming. I don't put much value on the calculator but it's fun to look at.
I'm at a Carolina Ale House in TX (yes, TX!!!!) and watched the announcement here. Told the manager I was from NC (Roxboro) and that I frequented the one in Durham off 15/501 and was shocked when I saw this one in TX when I got here last year. Anyway, Trent, JR better understand he will be trying to repeat as national champions
2 pieces of next year's class in place. We moved up to #9 in the class rankings with Trent Jr's commitment. Can't wait to see what other pieces we add to next year's class
