The kid should be in HS right now and graduating this spring. This was the right move he got a full year to get not only college skills developed but also the mental part of the game.

Aren't you forgetting Howard and Sage?

I think Howard is going to be wicked good the next few years as he has such a smooth shot… also, I hope Banks gets another year aa that would be a big piece of the puzzle next year

Howard is a nice defensive role player, but he has a lot of work to do on his shot. He airballed a free throw against Florida and is shooting 27% from 3. I know it's something he worked on a ton last offseason, but his 3 point percentage has gotten worse this year, which is probably due in part to the better competition.

He's very athletic and has a high ceiling but is still incredibly raw with inconsistent mechanics. If he can just be an average shooter and finisher around the rim, he will be a very important piece. That's a big if though. I'm a lot higher on Sage.

Before he airballed the FT watch after he gets fouled by Rueben Chinyelu. He is flexing his wrist as he jammed it as he got fouled. Might have had some effect on that FT attempt?

I thought I remembered him getting really hot down the stretch of his senior year but then I looked at his game log and while he did well down at the end, it wasn't quite what I remembered.

I did too but then I realized I was thinking of Matt Gatens.

I think pf is Koch and Thompsons natural position. I'd rather have a 1,2 or 5.
