During the broadcast, they mentioned veland being hurt, grant having won the job three different times, Frazier being the freshman most ready to play and the best runner and Ben Rutz being a very good passer who would redshirt.

Grant played pretty well in this game fwiw.

No worries, I was just thinking back and remember I thought that it was strange he would have stayed with Nebraska even though Frazier was only a year older.
