True-Obama didn't announce a ban on visa applications and didn't impose blanket policy on ALL people from certain countries.
Right. He did it to one country and for the exact same reason. Of course all you nancy boys were fine with itt.

President Trump seems to disagree. Of course, it wouldn't shock me to learn he has no idea what the order says.
He says it is to keep out fundamentalist muslims, but the ban is not written to ban a religion, it just stops immigration for those countries regardless of their religion. I am not sure why the religious aspect is a big deal anyway, religion has always been a consideration of immigration and more importantly religion has always been a big part of accepting refugees.

He went on television over the weekend and said he would make Christians a priority. Your prior post said the order had no "religious preference". I doubt the Justice Department allows him to do that, so I guess he was just bragging as a PR move. Good to know he's not a politician. lol

As far as refugees are concerned he can make Syrian Christians a priority because they are specifically targetted by ISIS. Oddly enough until this point about 55 of the 15k+ Syrian refugees accepted in the US were Christians. 32 were Shia muslim. 3 were "other" muslim and the rest were Sunni. I just found that strange.

I do know what it says, and religious persecution is a large factor in accepting refugees. Instead of thinking you know everything and then being proud to tell everyone how little they know, perhaps you could instead read up on the topic and have a clue what you are talking about.

dickhead?

You sound mad. [laughing]

Which will it be next? Libtard, cuntrytard, fuktard? [laughing]

"Donald Trump proposed a system of religious discrimination for U.S. immigration policy on Monday, advocating a “total and complete shutdown of Muslims entering the United States,” according to a written campaign statement.

The incendiary proposal was swiftly denounced by Trump’s rivals in both parties, and as a policy proposal, it is probably illegal.

“I believe Trump’s unprecedented proposal would violate our Constitution,” said Harvard Law Professor Laurence Tribe, “both the First Amendment’s Religion Clauses and the equality dimension of the Due Process Clause of the Fifth Amendment.”

RELATED: Trump calls for discrimination against Muslims

Tribe, a constitutional law expert, said Trump’s proposal also conflicts with the Constitution’s general prohibition on religious tests outside of the immigration context. “It would also conflict with the spirit of the No Religious Test Clause of Article VI,” Tribe told MSNBC Monday evening."

Members of Congress on both sides of the aisle recognize it to be unconstitutional.

Article VI is about running for political office and not immigration. You notice your "source" states that those are his belief's. You are going to have to try harder than that cuntry.

Here is what the nominee for AG said when asked:

You need to lay off the fake news. It isn't doing anything for your brainpower.

You are changing the subject again. There is no religious test related to the Presidents EO. There are however religious aspects to all immigration and especially to refugee requests, which is what I stated and when you changed the direction of the discourse.

No, I am not the one changing the subject. Here is exactly the stupid **** you said:

This isn't about the EO, this is about what you stated, incorrectly I might add, as usual.

You have this terrible habit of being wrong. Stop reading material from sites that tell you what you want to believe and seek out the truth and educate yourself.

Nothing I said there was wrong. If you can't figure out why religion is a concern with refugee status than I can't help you.

Your stupidity has been displayed once again. As someone else on this board said the other day, your fragile little ego makes you always have to have the last word, so I'll give it to you, since I obviously proved you wrong. Republican members of Congress and the Republican racist nominee for AG even admitted you can't have religious tests for immigration.

You didn't prove me wrong. Your evidence was quotes from Lawrence Tribe and Jeff Sessions talking about a muslim test regarding immigration and that was to prove me wrong when I said that religion is already a part of immigration and refugee status and when I stated that you had changed the subject you said you were not talking about a muslim test, which was what all of your evidence pointed toward. Right now if you are an immigrant and if you apply to be a refugee, you have to declare a religion or declare no religion, and that is simply a fact.

This has nothing to do with my ego. It is simply pointing out that you are wrong.

Do you have some sort of learning disability?

You are saying immigration can discriminate based on religion.

I am not sure why the religious aspect is a big deal anyway, religion has always been a consideration of immigration and more importantly religion has always been a big part of accepting refugees.

I have clearly shown by all the posts in this thread that you can't base immigration on religion. Even the VP agrees.

"Calls to ban Muslims from entering the U.S. are offensive and unconstitutional.

— Governor Mike Pence (@GovPenceIN) December 8, 2015"

The final word is yours, puppet.

Why do you keep responding to me and then saying that I can have the final word? I never said that banning muslims was constitutional. I said that religion is already involved in both immigration and in applications for refugee status. You are the only one talking about religious bans.

Nancy boys? I'm a liberal ***** pacifist on a geopolitical level, but I'd throw blows with you any day Dave. Tough talk is ********, I learned that one after busting a bully in the mouth in seventh grade.

There are MAJOR differences between Obamas and Trumps actions.
1) in 2011 (which I guess you are referring to) Obama didn't ban immigration from Iraq, but halted the approval of visas based on FBI investigations based on a specific case.
2) Obama revoked visa-free travel from the same countries, but it was an action that forced application for visa only...not a ban.

Trump is doing this as a strategy against terrorism. You agree with it...just be a man (not a Nancy boy) and agree with it. Stop trying to equate the policy to Obama and scream hypocrisy....just own your anti-American US first strategy.

I didn't realize pointing out that you guys are acting like nancy boys was "tough talk", and I apologize if I melted your snowflake.

What Obama did was basically the same thing that Trump is doing now but Trump is doing it on a larger scale. America agrees with the policy.

How is a US-First Strategy, if that is what I have, anti-American?
