His changing stance on climate change has broad implications in places like West Virginia. We won't know until he's inaugurated and does his usual half dozen 180 degree changes in position, but I have the feeling he'll end up almost Obama-like on this.

Absolutely. If he backs way off this issue (like all the others to follow), then this was just a con job, nothing else. I think his supporters are in for a little lesson.
