Now, we can focus on U.S. jobs, low energy costs, increased ability to compete, especially against Europe, and hopefully a tax plan that furthers our competitiveness and job creation.

Merkel not pleased. She has seen enormous energy costs and now must competed against the U.S. and its very low energy costs.
Was the Paris agreement distracting anyone? How will our energy costs change if/when the U.S. withdraws from the Paris agreement?

Because we do not have to meet onerous requirements regarding green energy and CO2 emissions. Paris will force Europe and whatever country that signs on to dramatically increase their energy costs by using more "green" energy. In the meantime, the U.S. can use cheap, abundant fossil fuels to lower costs and improve our competitiveness. Very simple.

The cost of implementing the constrictive emissions controls on tractor trailers increased the cost $20-30k per unit. Rolling that back will make all of our goods' transportation costs a little less expensive.

You act like were not already using "cheap, abundant fossil fuels". We are and it's called natural gas and natural gas use is likely to increase and we may meet carbon reductions that we had agreed to in the Paris agreement anyways. Very simple.

Increased diesel fuel emissions, sounds good to me.

Then why enter the accords if we are meeting the targets anyway? Obama killed coal for a reason. We now have more flexibility to meet our energy needs based on the market, not based on a flawed "Executive Agreement." If it was so good for America, why did Obama not treat it as a treaty and let the Senate vote? Because he knew he did not have the votes. Russia, China and India were not part of the agreement.

Doesn't seem to have affected the 18 year pause in "global warming." Even NASA noted that the polar ice extent is the same as it was in the 70's.

I guess you like huffing even less combusted diesel fumes but hey, that's your business.

Apparently little to no impact on the environment. And our air is much cleaner today than just 20 years ago. Nice try.
