I will believe it when I see it.

But you could be right. Once the government targets you they will tag you somehow. Creating or ignoring evidence won't be a problem if needed. Twisting evidence won't be a problem.

All of the claims in the indictment have been made minus any defense or cross examination and intentionally looks damning in an indictment. So time will tell.

It most likely will be on a trumped up obstructing charge, mis-handling the doc's or making different statements which will be twisted into being untruthful.
We both know this whole thing is a political witch hunt....the Dems are deathly afraid of Trump in 2024.
But....Trump should have been smarter.

Why would Democrats be deathly afraid of Trump in 2024 if Biden really won in 2020? We all know the real answer as to how Biden “won”.

That may be true, but his bully pulpit approach overran any positive cognitive thinking. He is his worst enemy in this fight.

All he had to do was give back the documents and he would never have been indicted but he didn't do that. What he did instead is documented in the indictment. It's not political at all. He brought it all on himself.

He doesn't have to give **** back morons. You guys are dumb as hell if you don't realize where this is headed.
Exactly. Tard doesn’t realize the POTUS has the privilege to classify or declassify anything at anytime. A VP does not. A Secretary of State does not. Biden and Clinton are completely different situations.

What document is he referring to? Have you seen it? Did he say he was holding a classified US federal government document? It really does suck to be a libtard like you. I used to be one myself. Believing msm and repeating their lies. Constantly chasing the make believe allegations and thinking anytime now they will finally catch those guilty Republicans. That is until I finally woke up. They have you exactly where they want you. Hoping and believing their ******** and hanging on their every word. Have you ever stopped to ask yourself what Trump actually did that hurt you or any Americans? Serious question moetard; what exactly did Trump do that hurt America?

Maybe they should have waited 7 years ( Biden ) for Trump to give them back......just sayin.

Bullsh*t. It's been political for the last 7 years.

The Democrats are scared to death of him and with good reason.

Of course you're mad but try to stay on topic. Low-info Repubs should read the indictment. All he had to do was cooperate with the subpoena for the return of the documents but no. Trump had been ignoring subpoenas and obstructing justice for 4 years and still figured that our laws didn't apply to him but he was wrong. It's all self-inflicted. Joe whipped his *** in 2020 and he'll do it again if Trump can win his primary. Twice-impeached, twice-felony indicted (soon to be thrice) seditious grifter Trump is a terrible candidate that only a cult-worshiping lawless person would vote for.

Nothing Trump did is illegal. This is election interference and nothing more. If it was illegal every living President would be on trial with him. I could charge you with a plethora of crimes with just the hope of getting you on one of the process ones. Stop playing this Game of Thrones ******** with the Establishment. Anyone who truly understands how this works understands what is happening. I suggested the Republicans and opposition to this Maoist tyranny start fighting like hell or they will never win another election.

The truth is, we have major news announced with confirmation the FBI had a document linking Biden to a $5 million dollar bribe from Ukraine the same exact day before the FBI issued this Trump indictment. They had to distract in a major way from the Biden news. I’m not sure why people aren’t asking questions about that?

Correct. The Republicans and Opposition need to start playing hard ball. State AG's need to get busy given the New Democrat Party a taste of the same game. If you are in the camp of we are above that. Then the New Democrat Party will continue to step on your throats. They are willing to do whatever it takes to achieve their goals. As I have said numerous times. This has always been bigger than Trump. However you cannot win the battle without rallying around him.

A lot to unwrap here. Flanking that flag with two American flags is pretty fvcking disgusting though. That would go for any other flag though. They know that. However they did it anyways.

I hate getting in the enemies way while they are destroying themselves. But maybe if they keep telling the American people to go screw themselves they might start obeying. I'm skeptical but maybe a few indictments will get it done.

Sarcasm button off.

The Ukrainian oligarch who owns the natural gas company Burisma Holdings, which allowed Hunter Biden onto its board of directors, referred to Joe Biden as the “big guy,” FBI records reveal according to a source.

Burisma owner Mykola Zlochevsky is the “foreign national” involved in the alleged “criminal bribery scheme” detailed in an FBI confidential human source form known as the FD-1023.

The Ukrainian oligarch discussed an alleged bribe of $5 million to Joe Biden and of $5 million to Hunter Biden, according to the paid FBI informant who said he heard this from Zlochevsky. The sources said Zlochevsky said he believed it would be difficult to unravel the alleged bribery scheme for at least 10 years because of the number of bank accounts involved.

Harvard Law professor emeritus and civil libertarian Alan Dershowitz said Sunday that “of course” there is enough evidence for House Republicans to start an impeachment inquiry into President Joe Biden for bribery.

“And of course the House, when it was controlled by Democrats, went very, very far in investigating Donald Trump, and as I said at the time, there’ll be tit-for-tat when the Republicans get control of the House, they’ll do the same thing,” he continued.

“I’d prefer to see mutual disarmament, but you can’t have unilateral disarmament. If one side weaponizes the impeachment and the criminal justice system, you can expect the other side will do as well.”

Dershowitz also said that the indictment of Trump, while serious, falls short of the “Richard Nixon standard,” as well as the “Hillary Clinton standard” set by the Department of Justice when it chose not to investigate the leading Democratic Party candidate for president despite evidence that she destroyed classified information.

In a Wall Street Journal op-ed published Sunday, Dershowitz notes:

Even with the recorded statements [by Trump], this case isn’t nearly as strong as the one that led to President Richard Nixon’s resignation in 1974. Nixon was almost certainly guilty of destroying evidence, bribing witnesses and other acts of obstruction. Many of the charges in this case are matters of degree. Nor have prosecutors any evidence that Mr. Trump’s actions damaged national security more than those of Mr. Biden, Mr. Pence and Mrs. Clinton did.

Yawn. AD is clueless. Start an impeachment process if you want a political show but it would be a weak one at best. Kash Patel has paid the other "whistleblowers", wonder if he paid the other unnamed person who provided "info" on the Bidens. Senate would laugh at the house's efforts. AD has lost all credibility due to being a Repub shill and for posting whining and casual speculation like this. Trump proved it's tough to get a sitting POTUS but if you can find one stupid enough to commit crimes after leaving office then you have something.

It all boils down to Trump being Trump and not learning when to shut the fuc# up.

If he had learned to shut up more during his Presidency, he could have easily been re-elected and gone down as one of the greatest. His mouth costs him time and time again.
