A strange box score. Cards shot 50 percent and made 7 of their 8 FT's. They outrebounded WSU.

It was 19 turnovers and only 9 assists. Ellis had 2 assists and 8 turnovers. All those wasted possessions in a 1 point loss.

KP will no doubt show the guys that playing hard and fast doesn't mean being careless with the ball.

Good points.

Ellis can score but is so darn erratic sometimes. Though to be fair he isn't a true pg and gets gassed because he has to play so many minutes. He has to learn to play smarter and know when to pass and when to make a play, and quit driving too far into the paint before passing.

Kudos to Ellis for convincing whoever he could transition to a PG. Hell, I wouldn't mind him at the 2 spot but now we don't have any options. When it comes to crunch time, its shoot first pass 2nd. 2 assists and 8 turnovers is not good and maybe why Curry is disengaged. I know a lot of fans are happy he almost scored 30 points but that didn't translate into a win. Hell, I would almost welcome Locke back. It's just a head scratcher that we left in this position.

This game and all the other one’s, are and will continue to be losses as long as you have Ellis as your PG. He is an absolute fu.k-in knucklehead. I’ve said it every since he has suited up at UofL, he will lose you games. I know ppl will argue that he had 29 points, but what is the use in having all these points and still lose the f..ki.g game. He does the stupidest **** at the wrong time. For some dumb-*** reason he refuses to run offense, always looking for a way to score. He is literally one of the most selfish players I’ve every seen. And then to top it off, if he misses his shot, then he want’s to fu.k-in half-*** on defense.….I mean WOW, Ellis has always been like this no matter the coach!!!!!!!!
