meh

I am having a hard time getting into this season so far. Which sucks because reading the comic this story line and the one that follows really sucked me in. I swear the way they are filming this just makes it suck. Just freaking kill someone already and lets move on. They are really dragging this out and it is very confusing. TWD comic >>> TWD show.

I haven't watched either one but have them recorded. This may be one of those shows that one day I just decided to delete it all and walk away.

I thought this episode was better than the premiere. However, the way they are beginning each episode with the weird closeups on each character is kinda stupid and pointless. Just get on with it. Also the lack of logistics given to the audience on each group was weak. At least let us know where everyone is when the show starts. Hell, give us a map with little dots showing where everyone is would be helpful.

I'm the same way. They are sitting on the DVR and I can't get my give a crap level high enough to watch them.

All good points. This episode was a step in the right direction. Especially the "holy ****" moment when a new/old character appeared.

Two main issues I had...
1). on the premiere, they attacked Negan's main HQ. Why would the people there not contact all of the outposts and tell them to be ready for an attack?

2). On the Rick and Darryl storyline. Why would the Saviors have a building with a cache of guns and only a few people there to guard them? Wouldn't you want your cache of guns where the majority of your peeps live?

They are losing me. I try not to get to wrapped up in technical stuff on a show about the zombie apocalypse, but that last gun fight scene was a turrible
  • Every rifle they find just happens to be full auto?
  • Endless supply of ammo
  • Miss ratio that rivals Storm Troopers
  • Who knew corrugated sheet metal was bullet proof?

I hadn't thought about the full auto, but was wondering why they never changed clips. The ammo thing was why Eugene was going to set up a shop, but I guess they found a military armory the way the bullets are flying these days.
