Two chop blocks on one play

On the play where 2 Nebraska linemen were called for chop blocks, did anybody else think both of them just fell down ? Didn't look to me to be any attempt at a block, they just fell down and the refs couldn't believe it so they called chop blocks.

That's what I saw when they showed the replay. HOWEVER, that said, when a ref sees two guys engaged and one goes high and one goes low....out come the flag. Even though it was the fact our lineman fell down and then consequently so did the other two
