Two Halves or Four Quarters?

4 quarters. Reset fouls at end of quarter
I prefer to stick to halves. I see no reason to change it. It just means two more times to run clock for the last shot and two more play stoppages with requisite commercials the way I see it.
I like four quarters. But I like four silver dollars even better!
Why have fouls if you’re gonna reset them. There is no recourse for clobbering someone if that’s the case.
We wouldn’t have the Moreno shot and some other great ones moving the ball into the front court.
Nil and g league players didn’t change enough for yall? Let’s change the one thing that makes men’s college basketball unique. Let’s put it four quarters and make it exactly like every other sport. Why have any differences? Let’s add four quarters and throw in two minute timeouts at the end of every quarter.

2 halves. That is one of the last traditions left in college sports
2 halves. No reason for Men's college basketball to have to go to quarters. Just because everyone else does it is never a good reason.
Ha! But that is a point. Take away 2 timeouts since you have quarters. Resetting the team fouls means less free throws so a faster game. You probably just hit on why they won't do it. I mean the schools love 4 hour football games now.
No we are good. I type things and then later realize man I sounded like a jerk. We all do it but I didn’t think you did.
I really like the halves. It's unique to men's CBB. But I've always liked it more than the NBA set up.
Keep the tradition of 2 halves but go to 6 fouls before fouling out
I'll up you one on the fouls...no foul disqualifications, just two shots and the ball out of bounds for all fouls beyond 5.
