shin splints suck...

my issue was because i was over pronating, and i got nice shoe support and that went all away.

what exactly is shin splints...not sure. But it's very uncomfortable. It feels like nerve pain right at your shin.

The announcers said shin splints. I don't know if that is accurate or not. When I was younger and played a lot of pickup games after work in the Air Force, I would play so much that I had bad shin splints. It didn't stop me as much during play, but when I stopped playing it hurt a great deal.

One of the announcers mentioned "shin splints". Usually runners get these when their shoes are not fitted correctly.

I've noticed when he jogs the ball up the floor it almost looks like he's wobbling. Looks likes he's keeping his legs straight when he's jogging.
