Not a surprise, since he reopened his recruitment a while back. Best wishes for him to find the best fit for himself. Now we just need to make sure Pass, who I think is visiting Bama this weekend, stays on board.

Had to be expected. Lamar Jackson is on the radar for potentially being one of the top QBs in the country for the next 3 years. With Pass also signed on it makes a lot of sense to see Oden looking elsewhere.

I like Lamar Jackson, but Pass will give him a run for his money the next three years. You guys are in a great situation at QB.

Agree. Good luck to him. No hate here. Kid has to think about what's the best situation for him.

Pass seems to be next man up but one never knows what happens once a kid gets on campus. Maybe Oden could have beat out Pass. Maybe not.

If Jackson turns out to be as good as we all think he will be, he probably won't be here after his Junior year. We also have too take into consideration the injury factor, we have never gone a season without our starting quarterback sitting out multiple games because of injuries.

Can't blame him...appears he got a good offer from Rutgers-(B1G School) and if he works hard there should play early...wish him nothing but the best and really he handled this with class.

Wonder if he knows something about Pass? If he felt like most due that Pass would accept a Alabama offer, he could be the backup if Jackson gets injured. However, if he knows Pass is going to stay with the Cards, he really had no choice but to look elsewhere. But, we could end up losing both and Bolin will be the backup next season.

Only reason he decommited now was because bobby was trying to maintain a position that was within striking distance of UK in the recruiting rankings. Once he seen that our kids were getting fourth and fifth stars and the best he could answer with was a 5.2 TWO star he realized that is hopeless to ever beat UK, and let Odin go.
I know everyone here is going to try and pump sunshine in the situation, but the reality is we have defeated ul TWO out of last THREE years where it really matters. It is so sweet to have watched the giant awaken and crush ul, it make all these years of waiting worth it. #STOOPSTROOPS #BELEGENDARY #WERUNTHISSTATE
