That's way more prominent than I had imagined when I read the article (for some reason the pics wouldn't load on the text announcement for me)...that thing is HUGE...as a product of the 70's I am stoked to see this...next up, short shorts!!

They went with the black out of bounds around the perimeter of the court like Freedom Hall used to have, albeit the font is different, but I do like the style they are going with. Just love it, good job Tyra

Although I like the “dunking Cardinal Bird” I still like the Cardinal Bird with teeth. I believe it has become the national ID for UofL sports. Actually, I hope that Cardinal Stadium keeps the Cardinal Bird at the 50 Yard Line. Just wondering if these changes are an attempt by the athletic department to “move on” from the past adminstration? I have a “whatever” attitude about all of that.
