Two huge putts on 13 (48-feet) and 15 (19-feet). That's how it's done.

I've won my work Masters Draft and PGA Draft this year, so going for the 3rd Leg of the Slam.

I picked 2nd of 6, no serpentine draft this morning:

1- Rory
2- Sam Burns
3- Shane Lowry
4- Matthew Fitzpatrick
5- Gary Woodland

#ILikeMyTeam
3rd Leg won. I'll be talking a lot of **** at work the next month leading up to The Open.

You just named 3 guys who care about protecting the history of the game than anyone, and add Rory to that mix.

Entitled? Are they not in the gym and on the range for countless hours trying to get better or do they just show up and expect to find every fairway and green?

You're really struggling in this thread....take a break.
He seems to struggle in all of them that he participates in. UL fan maybe?

Got on Fitz at 25/1 when I was at Wynn last month. Will be a nice collection when I go back next month.

Nice course, but pales in comparison to other PGA/USGA major venues....Torrey, Pebble, BP Black, PH #2.....those all have identity and character. It seemed many of the holes on TCC were a wash, rinse, repeat....long, rough, bunkered, and rough around the greens. Every hole (save for the short par 3 and 4)...same script. It made for a hard and fair test but nothing about the course stood out.

Speaking of courses....the USGA has essentially went to a predominantly 3 course rotation, except for the spot changes.

2023: THE LOS ANGELES COUNTRY CLUB (NORTH COURSE) - LOS ANGELES, CALIF.

2024, 2029, 2035, 2041, 2047: PINEHURST RESORT & COUNTRY CLUB (COURSE NO. 2) - VILLAGE OF PINEHURST, N.C.

2025, 2033, 2042, 2049: OAKMONT COUNTRY CLUB - OAKMONT, PA.

2026: SHINNECOCK HILLS GOLF CLUB - SOUTHAMPTON, N.Y.

2027, 2032, 2037, 2044: PEBBLE BEACH GOLF LINKS - PEBBLE BEACH, CALIF.

2030: MERION GOLF CLUB - ARDMORE, PA.

2034, 2051: OAKLAND HILLS COUNTRY CLUB (SOUTH COURSE), BLOOMFIELD HILLS, MICH.

Thought the 11th (100 yard par 3) and the 4th (IIRC, that was the short 300 yd par 4?) were very cool, I bet if they had to do it over again, a hell of a lot of pros would hit 7 iron off the tee on the par 4 and then try to wedge it close. No 10 at Riviera always gives the pros fits, just a really really tricky hole.
