Only if the money is right...DB had a X feed about this last week......getting rid of MTE's and Neutral sites games that Uconn fans can't drive to. The more Uconn fans in attendance the more money for Uconn and why not? The Huskies are the draw with it's fan support. Why should some promoter make money off the Uconn brand ?

Yep.... no reason for Uconn to prove themselves down in Atlanta vs. a bunch of good, but not recent NC programs, while the promoter makes of most the $$$. UNC's (9 years ago) was at least in the last decade while St John's never won and Ohio St 's only NC, was 75 years ago.

More from Borges on the schedule......

" Despite rumors to the contrary, UConn is still slated to face BYU at an undisclosed date at Boston's TD Garden. It will serve as a homecoming for Alex Karaban Brockton, Mass product and No. 1 national recruit A.J. Dybantsa, as well as a battle between two likely preseason national top-10 teams. "

"The Huskies will likely round out their nonconference slate with at least one and possibly two more bouts against high-major programs. UConn is actively looking to find a road game against a high-major. "
