My question is, even if it is true, how much does it matter? Unless he is throwing matches or tournaments to win bets he made against himself, while he may have a gambling problem, I kind of see this as a victimless crime. Maybe the PGA Tour has a rule against gambling off shore.

Hopefully the PGA is more forgiving than MLB when it comes to these things.
