Well, you've been doing a **** job the last, like, 8 years.
Don't be jealous because I've been online chatting with husker recruits.......all day!

Son, I grew up in the 80’s. That sofa was not from the 80’s. No, no, no.....

That damn thing is 80's, my parents bought one when I was a little buck and that had to be about 85 or so.. No idea how someone could buy something like that..

that has to be out of the 70's. We had one almost identical to that in my house growing up, and the 70s were my formative years. Your parents must have picked theirs up at goodwill after someone upgraded to plaid, which was the hot design in the 80s, I believe - or so the salesman told my wife and I when we bought our first couch mid-late 80s.

And the reason it looks so new is that in the 70s it was covered in plastic

Talk about heart failure. I saw the title & thought, oh great who did we lose now? However, turns out could be some great news in the near future. :)

Yep. We had a love seat identical to that. We also had a Davenport with wood grain Formica ends instead of end tables. Not in that floral pattern. Pretty sure the folks bought it in 72.
