We're not down because of missing two key starters. At one point in the first half we were looking to blow the game wide open. It's Pope's obsession with substitutions. He reminds me of former Reds coach David Bell and HIS double-switches late in every game. He's also got guys who are currently playing who have psychological blocks. Amari backing man down and then passes when he could score. Otega driving to hoop and regardless of traffic refuses to pass.

No it didn't, having Carr on the bench for nearly 50 percent of half changed the whole game. The ONLY way you win this game is score which was what Carr was doing. His replacements Almanor and and " Mountian Mamba gave us nothing
We really miss Butler today. Sears is just going wherever he wants with Perry guarding him, and that gets Alabama’s entire offense revved up. Game definitely isn’t over at this point, but we need to come up with a way to at least slow him down a bit for a comeback to be likely.

When it was 30-18 I thought wow we really might win this
Hasn't ruined mine. For me it is what it is. The fact that THIS current group of guys can get up 12 against this team on the road speaks voulmes. Yeah we're losing now but step back and look at our team. Pope is a heck of a coach. The good times will come with a healthy roster. Gotta be the most snake bit team in the Country.

I'm not able to physically watch the game, so I don't know if this has changed at all, but one of the dumbest things I've seen is that banner or whatever it is in Alabama's gym that says "TRADITION." Tradition of what? Mediocrity? Doing OK in a historically mediocre conference? I could see if they had some all time greats like Shaq or Pistol Pete, but...
