Cats 3 up 3 down. I hope the guys realize what an opportunity today and are not satisfied with getting one or thinking we run out of time. Taking 2 down there would be incredible.

Cats first 6 hitters go down on 21 pitches. Not gonna get it done. Headed bottom 2

Wow 8 pitch inning. Really poor plate appearances again. Headed bottom 3. Still 1-0 Tigers

Well done Cats showing some patience. 3 walks loads the bases 1 out. Pitching change coming for the Tigers.

We only get one across on a wild pitch. Really poor plate appearance by Felker with 1 out K on 3 pitches. Stanke with a weak ground out. Huge missed opportunity.

Smith had two pitches to swing at right down the middle and he just watches them go by. Unbelievable!

I'd bet that a Kentucky player would have been tossed for doing what Jones did.
I’m really going to enjoy watching the tigers get sent home this year. They are nearing Vol levels for me. Over the top arrogance.

I’m not disappointed with the results of this series. I always thought we would be lucky to get one win. LSU has so much more talent than we do. I know they are down a few pitchers but those guys flat out take. LSU is loaded with future professionals with 4-5 going to be in the majors one day.

This game hurts because we could of easily took 2 of 3 on the road against the #1 ranked team in the country.
This is a very good bb team. Loss today hurts , but lots of bb to be played. Still plenty of time to make things happen and one of only 3 teams with 10 wins at this point. GO CATS BABY!

This was clearly a much better result than @ Georgia. We nearly took the series at LSU. Sure there were disappointments but it isn't often you go into #1's place and take a series from them. But the remaining schedule is daunting. When your best chances of taking a series are Texas A&M at home and @ Tennessee, you have to be an optimist.

This team is a bit confusing right now. Against Georgia the bats didn't show up in games 2 and 3. We struggled against their starters. Against LSU the bats showed up in a pretty big way despite losing 2. However, the pitching staff struggled. Now, that is against one of the best offensive teams in the country, so that may be the only reason. However, we really struggled with giving up free passes and that is what is most concerning, as well as the bullpen not feeling as deep and reliable as we may have thought. We should get back on track against TAMU thought.

Besides the obvious pitching struggles, there were several questionable calls made by the coaching staff. Mainly Mingione. I dont like the intentional walks. Especially in game 1. I sorta thought Calipari took over the baseball team for a weekend and got away from what has worked all year.

I really hate how soft we are. Multiple players bark and taunt us. We just take it !

I don't think this team is soft. That is a part that has been impressive to me actually. They seem to bounce back quite well. We got shellacked on Thursday and came back and hit the hell out of the ball and beat LSU pretty well on Friday, even when our pitching didn't show up so much. I think UK is also helping to contribute to the environment that leads to these outbursts. UK has done it themselves and they've received it as well. So, we don't seem to be a wholly innocent party to these confrontation type things.

SECN had a discussion Sun night about taunting/suspensions. Seems UF had a player get a 4 game suspension after taunting a UGA player. That's a pretty hefty penalty. Also indicated SEC is cracking down on this stuff although I haven't seen it.

Wow 4 games is absolutely wild. The HR celebration by UF after the ejection was pretty hilarious.

I’m curious how the Florida series will go. The two teams hate each other and last time they were in Lexington I thought a fight was going to break out a few times. Most tense series I can remember.

We need to win home series and not get swept in road series and we'll be in a good place for a good seed, especially if we could sweep u6 this year.

Should be fun, hope it's televised.
