UT has better skill players at every position and again, size over speed.....Mitchell needs to recruit bigs with skill. I like Bishop but, she is still learning the game as a Center. She played forward behind Samari Walker last year.

#15 for UK missed a ton of layups and in general has terrible shot selection. I don't know how many wasted possessions they had just cuz she refused to slow it down and back it out. It's really the whole team but I singled her out because she seems to be the worst about it. They don't seem to understand the concept of spacing the floor and taking advantage of numbers. I mean normally when you have a two on one break you pass the ball until one of you has an easy layup. With this team, It's just both players charging the basket with the ballhandler ultimately taking the shot.

I counted 14 missed layups the last 5 minutes. 14. Pretty amazing. They shot 30%, which is fairly normal for them,

This team's ceiling is 1 or 2 wins in NCAA. Until he develops inside players or recruits them, this is what they have. Because 30% shooting doesn't get you far.

Hopefully, they can surprise a couple of teams and get a run.

Until the women's team can consistently hit layups and get a 6 foot 5 player or two, they are going to have trouble getting past this point every year, they are good and ranked but always get crushed on the boards by bigger teams.

Harper (#15) would be an outstanding player if she could shoot. It's 50/50 even on layups for her. Hopefully she will work on that. If the Recruits can play then UKHoops should be pretty good next year. Losing Thompson really hurt the team a lot.

Of course they have no offensive scheme other than go 1 on 1. MM needs to hire a good Xs and Os assistant. Thot he had one last year but apparently he moved on.
