You must live way out in the sticks. WATCH THAT VIDEO AGAIN YOU STUPID PIECE OF ****. THERE'S A PRIME EXAMPLE.
Race baiting..... what a f'n joke!
Yea, we’re talking about that right now. Where is are we inundated with racism?

Now go watch the morning news this morning, race baiting will be all over it, and it is done purely for division. There is no one being punished for it. Unlike this girl who deservedly will be punished.

We got a guy on this very message board this morning talking about how Jews control and run the world.

Just stop.

No, I didn’t say there was no racism, or prejudice.
You just asked where all the racism was and now you say you didn't say there was no racism. You're lost. I bet you thought Civil Rights Activists in the 50s and 60s were race baiters too, huh?

Also, bravo for race baiting if and where it exists. Racists deserve to be brought out into the light so everyone will know what they truly are. Race baiting is a great thing, imo.

Well I'll be damned, we agree (somewhat) on something. Except I'll say, her life probably is not one of "hurt" but "entitlement." She seemed entirely too comfortable in her behavior and usage of that word. I suspect it isn't just a "one-off."
I don't know this girl and will not defend what she did but on the flip side for you to judge how much hurt someone may have based off of her perceived economical status is no better than stereotyping for anything else. Just because someone may have wealth doesn't mean they couldn't have hurt or pain in their lives. Yes it may be different than monetary things and she may have never wanted for material stuff but lots of people experience things that cause hurt and pain. You are doing some of the very things you are condemning others for doing.

I agree with this to an extent. Mental health struggles can affect people severely no matter what your socio economic status is. Look at the struggles of our own John Wall that’s he’s talked about recently.

But where I’m going to draw a line is using mental health struggles to excuse racist behavior or people acting like their superior and looking down on people because they have or come from money. At some point you struggle you try to get help. You make the effort at least. Which is something people like Ye are failing to do.

In the end money buys you a lot of advantages in in our society. Being born into certain demographics gives you a leg up over others. That’s just facts. And a lot of people fell comfortable nowadays lording that over others.

This is her second incident as well. This one was racism. There is another video of her from last year that shows her talking down to and insulting a person because they are poor and she is rich. Once is a mistake. 2 times is a choice and a pattern of behavior showing who you truly are.

I agree. Like I keep saying…people will always tell you who they are eventually.

As I said I will not condone what she said or how she treated that lady. I would beat my childs behind for treating anyone that way. Pain and struggles affect us all and I agree it shouldn't be an excuse to treat anyone else with any less dignity or respect.

Sounds like the kid has serious drug and alcohol problems. Should have gotten her *** whipped. Then punished by the university. Maybe then she would get the help she needs to be a basic decent human being. That’s all I have.

Race baiting..... what a f'n joke!

This needs to be quoted because it's as dumb as the "where's all this racism" post. Both racism and race-baiting are everywhere. Race-baiting, though, is more corrosive to our society. The universal reaction to this story should be condemnation of the girl's racial slurs, assault, and drunkenness. PERIOD. But it doesn't end there; the race-baiters immediately turn it into an indictment of UK, whiteness, Lexington, Kentucky, and the US writ large. Then when people challenge that extrapolated indictment, they're called racists and "part of the problem." That's how you end up with the absurdity of Clarence Thomas, Larry Elder, Allen West, Thomas Sowell, etc. being labeled "white supremacists." On an interpersonal level, to varying degrees, people are inherently tribalistic, whether by race, creed, income, gender, language, class, etc. There will always be something. That's why incidents like this one will always happen. The challenge is to keep that tribalism from creeping into broader demographics, politics, religion, and so on. We've not done that because tribalism is profitable, monetarily and politically, so here we are as a country more divided, and thus weaker, than ever.

Well, that’s your opinion, fortunately it’s not worth very much.

I was simply saying that things have changed, as this girl will be punished. In your exhuberance to work an angle you thought I was defending the girl for some reason.

It's pretty amazing that this is considered national news. It's also funny how race is mentioned when it can portray one side as a victim. When it's the other way around, that person gets a show on MSNBC, a blue check on Twitter, and the race of the perp never mentioned in a news article about violence/hate against another group (i..e see the "Stop Asian Hate" campaign where they would never talk about who was doing it).

Drunk girl embarrassed herself and has ruined her professional chances. But people acting like this is the biggest sin ever are so stupid.

It doesn’t matter what people tell you. Or people show you facts, figures, statistics, lived experiences…You’ll just dismiss it as “race bating”.
If you want to talk stats regarding interracial violence, it's not going to help your narrative, I assure you.

I'd rather talk about the interracial violence, murder, and rape that's overwhelmingly committed by one side more than "oh some drunk idiotic college girl called me a name that I hear in every other sentence by people of my own race."

You people are brainwashed. I don't think anyone condones this girl's behavior but to act like this is so much worse than what's being committed from the other side is so crazy. You don't bat an eye at "Abolishing whiteness" in media and academia and the violence committed against them but this gets your outrage? K

Curtis, we know you're far left. Every single topic we know exactly how you feel and what you ignore.

We never hear from you when the thousands of videos of black violence against whites or Asians. We never hear from you when BLM assaults or runs down people in a parade. We never hear from you when race hustlers on DNC TV calls white women cockroaches. But you're here to clutch your pearls.

Actually I’m fairly middle left. But ok. We all know you waved to the far right when you drove by to go even further right. If I’m far left, you are as equally far right.

A society that has embolden people to do this?
LOL

Okay so who is responsible for the interracial violence committed by blacks who overwhelmingly commit the most interracial violence, rape, and murder? The racial component always gets downplayed when whites are actual injured victims. But we'll run with stories like this to amplify the narrative those in power want.

Really could care less about what some drunk child says repeatedly white or black, it’s like some of you are influenced by Greta and her climate crusade and now dismantle the white west 😂😂🍺

Generally speaking, those things are typically learned behavior from family/friends. It is taught at some point.
BS. Media and academia have way more influence. Look at how radical college kids are. That doesn't come from home.

You're also discounting someone's anecdotal experiences. Like last year, when two black men dragged a white guy out of his car and assaulted him while kids were in the car. What do you think those kids will think of another group after that?

Man I think I’m Going to start take some
Advice and start blocking some of the looney tunes around here.
LOL talking actual facts is "looney tunes." Yeah, to someone who doesn't want to operate in reality.

Not a single thing I posted was inaccurate. Blacks commit more interracial crime than whites. That's a fact.

Really, who emboldened her to call this young lady the “ N” word?

Society is doing just the opposite of that, it’s quite literally in every aspect of society to not use this language. The girl is now plastered all over social media, she’s going to be kicked out of school. Nothing positive is going to come out of this for her. If this was a societal problem there would be no punishment or even a plus for her, yet there isn’t.

But the crimes committed by those generally aren’t committed solely because the victims are white. More often than not, those are crimes if opportunity. Not all but most. Things like what happened at UK happen because of race. If it wasn’t, this girl never would have used the racial slurs.

Really, you think the only way to know that the “ N” word is a deragatory term is hearing it from family?
