Pompey error came back to haunt us. Would've been going to extra innings. Never see a play that routine dropped. Frustrating. To his credit he stepped up and got a hit. But dang.

That makes this a very hard series to win. Salow threw just over 2 full innings and won't be available tomorrow. We haven't won a Saturday game since April 1st. Have to turn that around tomorrow.
I don't know... I would agree with a Friday win, but experience might be better when we need a win. Either way, the bats have to show up and they didn't for most of today.
I'll take talent..I like Thompson over Logue right now and i think he has the moxie to get the job done I...if he can pitch two very good games against Otis , I think he can do the job against Ga.

I was afraid of all the talk about being a National seed, hosting this and that, plus the new big board out in right center,... why now at the end of the season, just 2 examples of trying to fix something that wasn't broke !
Could be right. Either way... better be a short leash on whoever goes. Can't afford to fall too far behind.
We said we have to do extremely well these next two weekends and against iu..cannot lose but 1-2 games over that stretch to remain a solid pick and hopefully not get swept at Fla...hope today was just a fluke, but that ninth inning was horrible to see with the errors and White and Mahan striking out...now these next next two are probably must wins. Sure hope the weather is much better the next two days#GOCATS.

Yes, and although Heady and Pompey made crucial errors, Salow got knocked around pretty good by UGA, a couple of freshmen hit him well.
Cats need to really focus, and come out angry. Need to win these next 2 games by something like a 25-6 margin.
True the guys from Uga got hits , but the plays on the two errors would have would ended the game. Hopefully the bats will be alive today and it won't be an issue. Looks like another wet and nasty cold game.
All around it was a game that we didn't play our best in any phase.
CB3...just like Cal says...just make the routine plays.
We play 50+ games, one loss is not "devastating", even the worst baseball teams win 30% of the time and the best lose 30% of the time. Just bounce back and win today and next weekend.
