UK, ranked #3, won back-to-back matches over # 9 Mizzou. They are really good.

Next matches are next weekend, Saturday and Sunday. Both matches against Auburn, both at 4pm, both on SEC Network.

OMAHA, Neb. – The No. 2 Kentucky Volleyball team will play Western Kentucky in the NCAA Sweet 16 at 10 p.m. ET on Sunday night, with the match televised by ESPN2 the NCAA announced early Friday morning.

My daughter played volleyball in high school. The team did not wear super tight uniforms. I was definitely ok with that.

My understanding was the majority of the girls were ok with the uniform choice as well.

Regular shorts like basketball shorts the men would wear would be good. The tight stuff, I think is naivety

I cannot disagree.

I was sitting here and seriously contemplating, "Is there a game advantage to the skin-tight uniforms?" like in swimming.

I think I know the answer, but I am not that well versed in high-level volleyball.

While my daughter played in high school, it was a small school, and no one would have competed at Assumption or the like—definitely no D-1 type players.

I do think indoor volleyball is an exhilarating sport that takes a tremendous amount of skill.

I made it midway through the second set. The first set was tight until about 17-16, then UK pulled away. They got up 11-6 in the second, and I had to shut it down. Glad to see they advanced, and I will be watching tonight.

Mitch deserves credit for volleyball, soccer, football, rifle team, track and field, and chess.
Just tweak basketball (men and women) and baseball and he will be the best AD in the NCAA

Yep, I know where you’re going. And you’re correct.

I’ve watched pretty much all the televised matches since she’s been a freshman. Got interested because I play volleyball. Not nearly as well, since I’m an old fart. But amazed at how athletic and how well coached those girls are. So much fun to watch.
