I agree. For the record, I have no problem with Lamar's career move as I consider all coaches to be hired guns.

Pretty honorable to complete all your assigned tasks up to the last day of work. I've worked at plenty of places that when people give their 2 week notice we go ahead and tell 'em to hit the bricks, because any work they put in will be halfassed, and likely to be a disgruntled disruptive presence to those employees who will still be there.

But you don't see how hypocritical it is to say how dishonest Thomas is when your 2 HC'S are known for lying? Thomas was leaving and still did his job. Bobby was the one who sent him to the visit knowing he wasn't going to be there in the spring. Just think about stuff before you type on a message board... Internet post are forever.

on the move doesnt equal being fired any day now due to incompetence in coaching his position and in recruiting talent. means he was being sought after by other staffs with job openings.

But we know how low you think of a position coach going on a recruiting visit for the school that is paying when he knows he's leaving soon. Only ul could spin a guy doing his job until he left as a negative.

This article is from 2006. That means these transgressions are from before that. I am not going to take time to research it, but I read where this all happened 19 years ago.

I'd be a lot more concerned if it was in the last few years. Plus, guaranteed Stoops won't put up with anything.

It's so funny how the lame ul fans don't mind if their program has the most classless people in the world in it but it becomes almost comical how they react about them when they leave. Their atmosphere there must be the worst, full of liars.

This is what we have seen since this news broke. Silly card fans continuously creating new nonsense to attempt to make Thomas, their former coach who landed their best player and other really good players in 2015 (was a rock star on card's eyes then), look as bad as he can on a daily basis. Same crap many of them do with recruits who flip away from the cards.

Here he is, sitting with important recruits not 36 hours before the news breaks he was leaving for UK.


So foolish to expose recruits the week before signing day to an awful coach, terrible recruiter, an employee who stole money on expense reports and who is about to be fired any second now? How awful is Petrino at managing his program, if IF everything the UL fans & UL media (same thing, lol) say about his tenure there were even 1/2 true?
