Hahahaha I love when mid majors show up our clowns for administrators in the football office and athletic department. Take a look Stoops and Mitch...this is how it's done.
Stoops is way too close to Eliot to be objective.
Yep, Eliot has already had 2 years too many. The most likely scenario is Eliot goes when Stoops goes.
Running the schemes and game planning for another coach is one thing........ but being the head man who has to run the whole shabang is another. Stoops is in way over his head.
I've read several times that stoops is running the defense. Since he controlled the offense in the past, you know he's making all the defensive decisions. I just wonder how much input stoops is making on the offense this season. He was awful quick to correct gran in an interview a few weeks ago when gran said he wanted to play a high tempo offense.
While I'm not impressed with Elliot, if Stoops meddles in the offensive play calling like I think he does, there is no way Stoops isn't calling the signals on defense.
Everyone saying Stoops will not get rid of DJ are fooling themselves. This may very well be Stoops only chance as a HC and most certainly at an SEC school. It's amazing how fast friendships last when someone's rear end is on the line and Mark Stoops brand and job is certainly on the line right now. My guess is DJ has 3 games to fix this mess or Stoops takes over the defense 100% and let's DJ go.
That's not going to happen at Kentucky while Stoops is the coach. It wouldn't surprise me if our great AD is working on giving Elliot a raise because we only gave up 44 points to Southern Miss

Now just how do you fix genetics best suited for low MAC or Sun Belt play? Some magic ointment you rub on to make them stronger, faster or smarter?
Not referring to the secondary. They look and play like they belong in the SEC.
