He better hurry his behind up then cause if he’s not enrolled by class deadline then he’ll be ineligible for winter workouts and spring ball. No football activities til summer. No chance at playing if he misses all that
When is that for most schools? Last drop/add day at USC is Tuesday. Been too long since I was in college...can you register after drop/add?
Whatever the case, wherever he goes, I'm sure he'll be treated JUST like a regular student trying to enroll late, since the courts said they should be treated like all other students.
It’s different for each school. Kentucky is tomorrow, so if he wanted to go to Kentucky and participate in football activities during spring semester then he’d have to enroll by tomorrow. They can still be recruited and commit/enroll when they want, but have to be enrolled by registration deadline for spring football activities

Apparently Umeozulu signed a contract with us before entering the portal. Beamer is enforcing the contract. Boom city.
I like it. I think Beamer of a couple years ago would have taken a much more "player friendly" approach and let him walk. Appreciate the stiffer backbone.

Yeah but there's a difference between a guy staying the right way and a guy we are apparently forcing to stay due to contract stipulations. Interesting scenario to say the least.
Doesn't change the end result: he has to play his best here.
This is pro sports now. There's an infinitely long list of professional players who were unhappy with their current team but were stuck due to being under contract.
