So, it looks like we’ll return 5 of our 9 top hitters (Emily LeGette, Raegan Jennings, MC Eaton, Sanna Thompson and Rayna Blackwell), including our top 2 offensive players. We added two talented transfers in Riley Hwang and Ariel Redmon to slide into two of of the open positions.

Guess we’ll expect two freshman or returners to have a greater impact next year. Sahara Wilson, Bryten Burns and Sydney Horton seem to be in line to challenge for starting positions simply based on what they did last year.

Maxton and Frost are back on the mound and we added a solid pitcher in Bri Godfrey. Pitching is where we need the most improvement. New pitching coach Laurin Watts will be key here.

2028 5-5 RHP Savannah Frisbee from Enka HS in candler NC. She pitched them to the 5A state title

Frisbee has been clocked at 72! Will have to be our hardest throwing pitcher we’ve had.

Miley also has to be our highest ranked pitcher in quite some time.

I fully expect Livengood (who had become our weekend starter) to take a big jump this year.

Sounds like the pitching coach that just came in is already making dividends in the recruiting for us for pitchers. This was an area that need to be address both coaching wise and pitching wise. The new pitching coach bio speaks for itself for what she can do and what she is going to bring to our pitching moving forward.
