Man! I thought I was the only person left on Earth that still listened to Lee, and Nancy. Ladybird from that album is great too.

Eye In the Sky by Alan Parsons Project.
Who Wants to Live Forever--Queen.
And then theres this little ditty. (Warning: Do not play if you are drinking liquid at your computer)

Have a few Nancy/Lee duets on iTunes, plus a couple more Nancy tunes.

If You Don't Know Me By Now - Simply Red

No One Is To Blame - Howard Jones

Come Undone - Duran Duran

On the surface not great, but those songs are fire in the right setting.

Damn, I'd love to have been there.
Yeah, it was crazy fun stuff. The kicker is we had gone to Belterra, which is next to Riverbend, and had dinner.

Before dinner, I told my wife that I loved this horse named Arrogate, who was running at Saratoga in the Travers, he was 10-1 and I put $500 to win on him. That’s not an unusual amount for me to lay down on a horse I really like.

At any rate, Arrogate got our quickly and took control. He was setting crazy fast fractions, and at the top of the stretch, I told my Wife that he’s not going to win. The pace he was setting was way too fast. Well, not only did he win, he drew off from those insane fractions and set an all time Travers record.

Great day.

Merle Haggard , Today I started loving you again.

About my favorite. I sing that song with heart. Have performed that in a couple open karaoke sessions. (My voice range keeps me grounded but I do enjoy singing. Not intending to toot my horn. It is a thing I enjoy and haven't been run off yet.) A tremendous song as is The Working Man Blues but that hits my top end of my range.

Merle had his niche for sure and killed it on that song.

Merle was my favorite country singer. One hell of a singer songwriter. My Favorite Memory is one I really loved to hear him sing.

“Angel Eyes” by Jeff Healy. I was watching “Roadhouse “ the other night and couldn’t help noticing the musician on stage really seemed to be playing. I had to look it up...read his story and realized what a talent he was and what a tragic story it was. Same night I came to know that CCR never had a #1 song...lots of theirs have to be underrated as well
