I wish they would stay with that choice. If they want the state emblem on the helmet then shrink it and put it on the back of the helmet.

…. and a good choice it was. I laugh at all the back and forth about RichRod, Stew, Holgersen and Brown. Together they all take a back seat to Don Nehlen for what he did here. RichRod took us to the “next level”. Ha! Choking away a shot at a national championship game fell short of what Nehlen did. He played for the outright title in 88 and a share in 93. Most of the posters here weren’t even born back then. The football program we all see today is all based on one man, Dandy Don.
