I used to believe in civility, have faith in humanity, turn the other cheek, etc. And especially from people in authority. But I'm starting to believe too many in society these days needs a good swift FAFO. People are just flat out hateful and nasty these days. Not that the Navy didn’t have our own issues, but you are told multiple times, you paid the price, and I found out on both ends of the law.

People are more disturbed these days, and I know a few problem children that would love to get hit by the police on camera so they can get paid.
