Exactly. Their karma for always bringing up Lehigh and Mercer every chance they get. And if it's worse because it was the NCAA tournament, then I'll say at least Duke haven't lost a first round NIT game.

I was thinking the same thing because depending on what part of 1993 he was born in I was either a sophomore in high school, in between being a sophomore and junior in high school or a junior in high school. lol

I had just returned to Ft. Campbell from a 1-year tour in Korea. My goodness these little young whippersnappers.

Amazing how sports media isn’t really covering uk’s loss to Evansville that much. If it were Duke that lost to Evansville, we would be getting absolutely plastered by sports media.
If we'd lost to them it probably would've been on the 6:30 network news shows.
I love seeing UK fans trying to relate this to the 04-05 UNC team's loss to Santa Clara, UNC went on to win the title. That game was played in California, not a home UNC game.
Not to mention...this UK team doesn't have half the talent that UNC team had.

The last time Duke lost a home game to a non-conference opponent (all non-conference opponents, not just unranked opponents), the freshmen and sophomores on this team were not even born.
Duke most definitely is college basketball!

I was at Duke then. What were we ranked for that game? I could have sworn we were #1 and St. John's was unranked.

Maybe St John's was unranked at the time but that team had Ron Artest (the original Justice Winslow) and made the tournament.
I wish Justise Winslow ran into the stands and started a brawl in the Dean Dome.
