That's more transfers than I would have expected after a successful season. I watched every game and Mo Kaba is the only one familiar to me. Sometimes I forget these are 18 to 22 year olds and they are getting paid now. Here's hoping we are as successful getting portal players as we were last year.

I think it's always been that way but now with the transfer portal being the way it is makes it so much easier. I was watching a game this weekend and the announcer kept stating the previous school the players were from.

I thought he did well enough for the role he played, but this is a case study in the age of uncapped portal usage.

He transferred from Oregon to Auburn in 2022 and then to South Carolina after the 2023 season — so he's back in the portal for a third time. This is nuts to me. JMHO.
