Robbinsville guaranteed to make it to 4th round. Andrews has an easy path to the 3rd round. Mt Airy has an smc tournament coming up with swain in the 2nd round. Murphy(if get by Thomasville) in 3rd round. Then Mitchell(honary member) or Cherokee in the 4th. Followed by Robbinsville in the 5th. I wish the Braves wouldn't have drawn Mitchell in the 2nd. But I guess to be the best u got to beat the best. Might as well get it over with. Was hoping to draw MIC or TJA in 2nd round. But guess we all can't be lucky. Lol

I was off serval by one spot in my prediction the oopw got me more then I thought it would.
They apparently typed in the wrong opw before last nights game for TJ they had .56207 the .56 should have been .53 so I went by the wrong #

If this holds. Would be a few interesting second round games. Thomasville vs Murphy, Heritage vs Starmount could be fun. Mitchell vs Cherokee. This one has potential to be a big time game. Either side winning would not surprise me.

MA /Swain second round match up has proved to be disastrous for some really good bear teams. Hope it don't hold true this year. Dawgs on Dawgs in a possible T-ville Murphy match up should be a fun one. A possible Eastern Randolph / Robbinsville match up. I know Eastern Randolph is the favorite, but as a long time follower of 1a football and teams coming down to the 1a ranks is that the last thing you wanna see is a Smc team setting in your parking lot come late round playoff time. If I was a ER fan this one would make me nervous a bit. A possible MA vs Murphy , Tville , Mitchell match up in the granite city has the makings of a special few weeks. One thing is for certain, this year who ever wins it WINS IT. Isn't gonna be any talk about this champ beating the other champ. The Champ is the champ and he would have had to beat a gauntlet of teams to be just that , THE CHAMP

If I were a Mitchell fan, the Cherokee game would scare me just a little. That will be a good game

Depends on which swain team shows up. Because the swain team that showed up last night against Cherokee ain’t gonna beat nobody.

Cherokee is one of those teams this year that you don't want to run into on one of their good nights. The Braves could absolutely beat Mitchell.

Don't why anyone wouldn't take them as seriously as any SMC team certainly not paying attention to one bad game with Hayesville if not for that they'd be the conference champions. Eventually you've got to play a SMC team and unpredictable as their games have been this year about assume play one as the other.

Yep, not excited about Cherokee. This Mitchell team is not as talented as past years. They have lots of potential to go deep but could go out early as well. Like several others teams just depends on who shows up.

East Wilkes and Draughn could be a fun 1st round game. Dunno who I'd pick in that one. Maybe an MA fan could chime in on that one? I'd probably say East Wilkes in a tight one.

Any time Elkin has to travel to Cherokee, I'm sure they're happy after all those years of traveling up there to get blown out.
