WVU is now a one point fav.... ....which is a two point swing.

Unexpected by me, but people/fans are favoring WVU.

Upon further review the average joe is on Md, but looks like the Sharp money was on WVU as a PK. I would take WV on the money line and not lay any points.

Care to share a link where you're seeing the number of bets... ....and where it shows the large wagers (sharps) going with WVU.

You may be correct. More money actually on Maryland (60 %) to WVU (40%). Website Scores and Odds shows breakdown on what percent each team is receiving at the windows. Money line is dead even at 50% on each team.
