I'm not going to pick it but don't be surprised if Dominion beats Woodgrove this week. They have a very good team and are very capable.

Dominion has never beaten Woodgrove.
The first two-three years Woodgrove was open most of the Loudoun County teams beat us, not Dominion though.
I think the game will be competitive but Dominion will need to eat their wheaties for breakfast and get & convert a lot of Woodgrove turnovers to win at home tomorrow night.
Millbrook the following week will be a great game I am thinking...

Not to jinx your boys, Tom, but I think this is the Wolverines' year to get the number one seed in 4A West. No trips south in the region this postseason! I don't see anyone beating Woodgrove in the regular season, though I really know nothing about them other than the generally-available info. Just a hunch. Loudoun Valley in the last week is always a backyard scrap and should be a real good one, but I think your guys post 10-0 this year. They have that lean and hungry look.
I hope to have reason to travel to Purcellville in a couple of months; I hear it's lovely there in early December. ;-)
That's kind of no brainer considering the schedule. The toughest teams on the schedule millbrook and dominion. Both teams on paper should not be able to beat woodgrove. They don't play a top ten team all season.

They beat them 40-0 last year. Has Dominion drastically improved? Has Woodgrove regressed? Dominion may be better, but I don't think Woodgrove is any less of a team than last year.
Lets revisit this statement at the end of the regular season.
I think Millbrook, Loudoun Valley and Champe are capable of finishing in the top ten of 4A West Football Standings.
Our schedule will most likely be worse next year because nobody wants to play Woodgrove in the regular season.
FACT! Last year has nothing to do with this year. I'm not saying Dominion will win but I think they can win.
Sure it does....it tells me that Woodgrove spanked that hiney last year. Has the personnel changed drastically since then? I don't know. If it didn't change drastically, then a similar result may occur.
I'm sure Sherando or some teams from out fairfax would play them. That would be good competition for them to prepare for the playoffs
