This was a outstanding college basketball game because both teams have terrific talent.Maryland could easily win a national championship if UConn moved from a college team to a semi pro team.Here are the UConn stats that support my conclusion:
1.87 straight wins
2.134/135 wins
3.30 straight road wins
4.They make 3 pointers easier than other teams make layups.
5.They have a 6' 3'' guard that is taller than some mens backcourt starters.
6.UConn graduated 3 players who were the first players selected in the WNBA draft and the team keeps winning.
7.Womens college basketball has grown weary of waiting for Geno to retire.
