I'm not saying he did, but I don't know the law that well. Just sucks when someone profits from leaked info so much. I'd love it if he was charged.
Kudos to AG Sessions and the Trump administration. Julian should turn himself in if he's done nothing wrong, instead of raising money off it. Maybe he can talk that traitor Snowden in to facing his charges as well.
I don't either, but I'm pretty sure it's illegal for the US government to wad up the 4th amendment and throw it in the trash. I think it may be treasonous. No matter what JA has done or will do, he can never be guilty of treason against the US. That said, I wouldn't want to be his food taster.

DOJ said he did. Do you think if you call him a publisher that means he couldn't be involved in espionage? Whether he had to recruit or not the DOJ said he did, and he asked individuals to seek jobs in CIA.
How did the people sending him data know how to contact him? They didn't FB message him.

There are a lot of things that are illegal that if true in my sphere I would be better off. That doesn’t make them legal.

The difference is the DOJ is saying WL actively recruited and directed Manning. Assange was more than just a publisher of info received is the government’s claim.
