Amazes me this game is not on an American channel.
Also amazes me Steffen is playing over Turner.

Watched the Mex-Canada game until the end. After dominating CONCACAF for so long, Mexico is not handling the *** kickings they are getting from US and Canada. As usual, sore losers squaring up on the field after the final whistle.

Lou City was up 2-0 at ‘70 in USL semifinal. Tampa took game to overtime in 95th minute... when there were 4 minutes of extra time.

Then gave up another goal in extra time. End of season.

Just got into ticket lottery for Columbus and Minnesota.

Feels like both those places tickets should be easily available with the weather being what it is in January/February.

Will put me at 5/6 home qualifiers so far, only missing Austin.

So 3 points so far this window. I just got to Minneapolis for tomorrow. Probably the single dumbest idea I’ve ever had in my life

Dude, as much as would enjoy going to qualifiers, the idea of sitting outside in Minneapolis on a sub zero February night, would suck the joy right out of it.

Much respect.....stay warm, stay safe.

Yea. Seemed like a much better idea when lottery opened right after that Mexico win. But after this match will have been at 5 of 6 qualifiers.

plus no big domestic matches for 8 years so may as well go to all of them now

I understand, pretty much anything played south of Ohio is overrun by the opposing fans, but what the heck. If we really have to play on the Canadian border to beat Honduras, then I just don't know what to say.

The Canada game wasn't even on American television. Maybe if big/all games where always on TV, there would be more interest from American fans and less opportunity for opposing fans to get seats. In the meantime, just play the games where players aren't getting frost bite.

Confession: I was selected in the lottery to get 4 tickets to the USA v. Mexico game in Cincy. Was accidentally signed into my spam e-mail account when I signed up for them and didn't open the e-mail until 3 days after the match.

I hate myself.

Going to go to the Orlando game in March.

I was rerouted to DFW from MSP where I have been stranded. No idea if I’m going to get home today or not. Not sure if this trip was worth it. Haha

Worst case scenario USA still doesn't make the top 3. I definitely don't think its a lock.

Worst case being no more points the rest of the way?
I am hoping someone else eliminates Panama or Costa Rica but I doubt both get eliminated by other teams. Both those countries will be on fire playing for something much more important to their entire country than to the USA. There are no guarantees of a point at Mexico or Costa Rica, and Panama will be in a good place if they beat last place Honduras.

I really would love to have someone else's schedule for the last 3, and I still remember the egg we laid last time.

Now this is crazy:

"A world record 54 penalties were needed to separate two non-league sides from England's north-east in a marathon cup shootout on Wednesday.

More spot-kicks were taken at the end of the Ernest Armstrong Memorial Cup tie between Washington and Bedlington than there were people watching.

The crowd of 40 (!! LOL) were treated to an dramatic 3-3 draw in the 90 minutes before Washington prevailed 25-24.

The Guinness World Record for the longest shootout was 48 attempts.

Got my Tix for USA-PAnama in March. Deserve this after that Minnesota trip

If you happen to have an extra or know someone with an extra, I'm getting into panic mode about needing one at a reasonable price.

Here is my story:

I have 8 tickets in the AO section. I have group of 9 people going. One of those is my 5 year old. I wasn't sure if I wanted to get her an AO ticket, or if I wanted to get her and my wife regular tickets; so I delayed getting a 9th. I went back and forth on it before I finally decided to just get her an AO ticket. So I went back to the US soccer website and there was 1 left right next to where I already had tickets. Perfect. Go through the steps to get it and the website rejects the request saying something to the effect of being unable to purchase a single ticket, or something like that. Only single AO tickets were left, couldn't even buy 2 together if I wanted. Tried to call US soccer and get someone in the ticket office. Had to leave a message. No returned call.

Now prices on the secondary market are at least double face value. So, I'm really starting to stress about finding one at a reasonable price and what I might do if that doesn't happen. So, again, if you know of anything then you'd be a real life saver.
