Life long Clemson fan here and I’d like to start by saying hats off to the Gamecocks. Hard fought game and very deserving of the win.
I’m on this board because I’d like to identify two Carolina fans sitting in my section. They were very pleasant and sweet to witness, as it was a father/son duo enjoying each others company and the win together. Son maybe between 25-30 and dad maybe in his 60s. Section F, Row D, seats maybe somewhere between 14-18.
Of course it was not the outcome I was hoping for, but watching those two soak in the moment together simultaneously reminded me that it was just a game but also it’s more than a game. College football creates special memories that last a lifetime and I was genuinely happy that they were able to share that memory together.
