There's a difference between cussing and having F*CK UTAH written on your hand. But sure, if a player went up to another player and told him to go F himself and the ref heard it I'd have no problem throwing a flag. At least be subtle about it.

I got zero problems with this. He’s a college kid. I did far dumber **** than this when I was in college.
