USC is playing lights out right now. Ever since they switched quarterbacks.
I dare say - they are playing the best football in the power five right now but those 3 losses in the beginning of the season going to exclude them from the playoffs. No one wants to play USC right now....

To bad they didn't start Sam Darnold at the beginning of the season. This again shows how important the QB spot is. They are playing like a completely different team.
Not sure if anyone was watching this game but ND #99 should of been ejected. Kicking the guys helmet when he is down hurt. No room in the game for something like that. I mean it wasn't a hard kick but why was this guy even by him? Dude is a thug.

He is a kid and made mistakes out of frustration. By no means are they acceptable but he's no thug. He's actually one of the smartest, most down to earth kids you'll meet.
That wasn't a good call, that's simply a 5'9" S hitting with his shoulder pads. ND fans should be very jaded after the non calls/non reviews on their QB last week and on the Hunter kid in first game vs Texas.

After reading your post I have to agree he is still a kid so I back off on never allowed on the field again comment but that type of behavior is completely out of line. I am glad the coach let him have it! As for being smart it has nothing to do with it. Plenty of smart people in the world doing stupid things.
Yeah I was hoping you'd gain perspective, it's been said before that Jerry Tillery is too well rounded and perhaps has too many interests to play football. He's human and a sophomore in college, his actions are completely unacceptable and rest assured he'll be forced to learn that lesson. Coaches let him have it, players let him have it and as coaches review film it'll only get worse for him. They didn't put him back into game after that so obviously coaches got word. Hopefully the kid learns a lesson and doesn't allow emotions to get the best of him.
I get concerned when players do something malicious and those 2 incidents fall in this category.
Ummm USC is actually really good, the reality is no one give a damn about what you have to say.
Is USC gonna be in the final playoff? Ummmm no! End of story. As a matter of fact they aren't even the best team in the PAC 12 which is the weakest conference going into the NCAA playoffs. And even less people give a damn what YOU have to say.

"Out there"? You are a dumbass if you think only "out there" in the wilderness of the west coast are the people that care about the PAC 12. There are a lot of us that made the big trip to other parts of the country that we now call home. You see this county has a decent transportation system and no restrictions on where we can live.

Alabama is likely to thrash everyone in this playoff, but there's a reason they play the games on the field and not on paper.
