Usually people who hate common sense are, I mean, literally liberal snowflakes.
Never not is used a lot in the upper mid west.Superfluous "not" usage is a strangely Kentuckian thing.
Did you not tell them what I told you to tell them?
Did you not go to the store?
Did you not see him do that?
It seems to have originated in the Winchester area then spread like wildfire.
Yes common sense gun control means using both hands. Plus liberals use the phrase "common sense gun control" when there is nothing common sense about it.so you believe in "common sense" gun control? :flushed:
Or "No, just no".On message boards, I hate "wow, just wow!" more than anything. Ever.
I never want verbal sex.using "verbal" when what you really mean, specifically, is "oral" I understand that verbal has more or less come to equal oral in many people's minds, but the primary meaning of verbal = with or comprised of words (i.e., written or oral) whereas the opposite is "non verbal", meaning without words.
I never want verbal sex.
Well to be honest, no. You know, I could be wrong, normally speaking.Anyone ever listen to someone who constantly uses phrases like "YOU KNOW" or "NORMALLY SPEAKING" or how about "WELL TO BE HONEST" and they say them over and over and over..................................
Anyone else hear these ?
Feel free to add to the list.
This is a signature post."Signature win" has to be one of the worst sports related phrases ever.
Agree totally. And also the stupid phrase " I know, right"? Who the hell started that anyway? It makes no sense. It drives me insane that the younger generation can't complete a sentence without saying "like" at least 3 times. My daughters boyfriend was at the house the other night and in one sentence I counted 5 times he said like. :chairshot:
Score the ball.
When they say that...a puppy diescorollary is "golf the ball", e.g., he can really "golf his ball". Well, no ****, Sherlock, that is how you play the game of golf, by striking the ball.
