Just says card declined. I have tried two different cards from two different companies. It auto fills back to the last card which is now expired. Before any wise answers I have money in the accounts lol

Yes, I keep putting two different updated cards in and still says declined. The one it keeps going back to is expired.

Have you tried a different device? The quickest way to get it resolved is to go to the bottom of any page on the site and click Help. From there you can chat or email with support to get it straightened out. Unfortunately I can’t access the billing system.

Apparently third time is a charm. Finally got it to take a card after about 10-12 attempts. Thank you for the quick response.

We’re getting an upgraded system this year so that may help in the future. Glad you got it worked out.
