$22 million roster, NIL has killed us. You just have to laugh at how dumb these message board frauds are. Any ignorance for the agenda and to fit in with the group no matter how dumb it makes them look.
Money is money, this whole idea of our NIL isn’t as good is dumb and unfounded. Sure JMI could be better but we still have as much money as anyone else to offer. We're down bad, but we aren't losing Stokes to Vandy. We still likely lose him, but to a real program.

Vandy is private and not required to report their NIL. Vandy and Texas are the most wealthy schools in the SEC. Vandy and Texas can buy whatever they want compared to any other school in the SEC. Do you think Vandy's football team payroll was not huge? If they really want Stokes, money will not be why they don't get him.

You do realize that Vandy has huge NIL potential due to having a lot of high-dollar alumni, right? A big UK problem is that we don’t have as many high-dollar alumni to donate to us as many other SEC schools. This is a money game now, and UK is a bit limited overall when it comes to NIL.
For a blue blood,, UK has 100% absolutely sucked this decade.. Double digit losses in 4/5 years soon to be 5/6.. That's a losing program by what we're supposed to be..

It was an impressive flip. Jared Curtis is a local kid (Nashville Christian School) who wants to potentially start immediately on a recently successful team, so tough to compare the Stokes situation.

Nashville has become a hot place for college age crowd. Party city. Also Vandy has maybe the richest boosters in the SEC. Now that they can buy players look out. Also they have better coaches than us in Football Basketball and baseball

We just spent 22 million on a roster because we have a whole state that worships our program. You don't need billionaires in that scenario, just a bunch of millionaires who are willing to toss expendable money at a roster for the sheer love of it.
