Vernon, I've tried to sign on under my original handle of Cuyahoga Falls Eers but fail. I know it's my fault, but can you help me return as CFE rather than Tallmadge Eers? Thank you. Sorry I'm not into the 21st century yet on some things.:grimace:

I had the system send you an email to the sbcglobal.net address. It will allow you to change your password and log in under that account.

Ah, that's the problem. I havent' used sbcglobal in years.

[email protected] is my current email address and the one I use exclusively now. Can you send it to that email address and I'll see if I can get back to being Cuyahoga Falls Eers. Thanks, Vern.

Still waiting for the password in my [email protected] email, the only one I use nowadays.

Vernon, you listening? Thank you.
There's not a lot that I can do because I only have access to subscribers' info. The only other thing I can do is have the system send you your password but it will go to the old email account. I'll have to see if our tech support can help.

Not V, but I would think calling customer support would fix it!!

To me it reads like it would be easier if he figured out how to get his former email account going again. ....maybe contact THEIR customer support. Rivals simply has a protocol in place to help insure accounts are not hacked.

Vernon, maybe they can kill of the Cuyahoga Falls Eers account and I could become a "new" user as Cuyahoga Falls Eers? Or if somehow my Tallmadgeers profile can be cloned into the Cuyahoga Falls Eers profile. I'm sure I screwed it up unintentially somehow. I mean, I can still post as Tallmadge Eers, but CFE has a long history that I hate to give up. Thanks for trying. But the Northeast Ohio Road Runner is the only email I've used for years now.
